Policy and Notes
Payment Schedule
50% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 31 day(s) before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
All paid prepayments are non-refundable.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of €10,000 is required, except for the months of July and August, during which the deposit is €20,000.
In principle, pets are not allowed.
However, should you wish to bring pets, an additional €20,000 refundable security deposit will be required.
